Brioche french toast with fresh berries & maple syrup

La Manguita´s signature eggs benedict with local lobster or smoked salmon & home made hollandaise sauce

French crepes with a berry compote & maple syrup

3 Egg omelette: Choice of 3 ingredients mushrooms-spinach & bacon or aged whiskey cheddar-smoked salmon &chives

Overnight steel cut oats with greek yogurt, honey & fresh fruit salad


LUNCH

Vietnamese beef salad with teriyaki sirloin steak strips, mango, spring onion, mixed greens salad leaves, red cabbage & topped with a sesame rice noodle nest

Fresh local lobster salad with asparagus & summer salad green leaves

Grilled salmon on a bed of roasted beets, goats cheese, orange, & baby spinach with a citrus vinaigrette

Surf & Turf barbecued rib eye steaks & lobster with asian coleslaw, fried plantains & potato salad

Fresh catch of the day with a creamy caper lemon sauce served over zucchini noodles & a side salad
