BREAKFAST

Start the day off right!

Choose any of our nutritious smoothies, fresh juices, and fruits to accompany your morning meal

-Delightful Day Omelet-

Sautéed spinach, caramelized onions and garlic, in a fluffy egg omelet stuffed with feta, tomatoes, fresh herbs and sunflower seed sprouts.

-Sweet & Savory Stack-

Enjoy a stack of old fashioned blueberry pancakes smothered under a warm blanket of butter & maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar. Served with an egg cooked to your preference and crispy bacon

-Banana French Toast-

Lightly battered French Toast topped with bananas. Slow cooked in cinnamon and brown sugar, then drizzled with maple syrup and served

-The Sunny Side Sandwich-

Breakfast sandwich with eggs sunny side up, sliced avocado, fresh tomato, and melted cheese. Served on multigrain toast with a side berry coconut chia seed pudding

-Breakfast Frittata and Homefries-

A healthy helping of broccoli and cheddar frittata and lightly seasoned home-style breakfast potatoes. Served with an English muffin and butter and jam

Huevos Rancheros Salad

Sunny side eggs over a bed of fresh spinach smothered in a homemade cilantro bean salsa. Served with your choice of toast and crispy bacon.

LUNCH

-Island Shrimp Skewers and Salad-

Blackened shrimp and pineapple skewers over a bed of fresh organic mixed greens tossed with red quinoa, hearty chunks of avocado, crisp cherry tomatoes, and drizzled with a balsamic reduction

-Fresh Tuna Wraps-

Seared fresh tuna, crisp greens, avocado, lime, and Parmesan cheese with a side of delicious citrus black bean salsa served with coconut rice salad

-Cheeseburgers in Paradise-

1⁄4 lb seasoned & marinated beef patty with lettuce and tomato. Stuffed with peppers, onions, and swiss or cheddar cheese. Add a fried egg on top and serve between two crispy buns with a dill pickle.

-Roasted Chickpea Gyros-

Mediterranean style Gyros filled with spiced, roasted chickpeas. Topped with lettuce, tomato and homemade tzatziki (cucumber yogurt). Served on lightly toasted pita. Paired with a side of hummus and fresh veggies.

-Southwestern Steak Salad-

Black beans, onions, cherry tomatoes, corn, cheese, avocado and steak paired in perfect harmony. Placed over a bed of fresh greens and drizzled with a delightfully different cilantro ranch dressing.

-Caribbean Fish Tacos (with Mango Salsa)-

Crispy, crunchy taco shells filled with beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato and locally sourced Mahi selectively seasoned. Topped with a fresh take on Caribbean mango salsa.

DINNER

-A Taste of the Tropics-

Fresh, plump shrimp and hearty vegetables sautéed in a mouth-watering coconut curry sauce served over seasoned brown rice

-Soup & Stuffed Chicken-

A velvety smooth from scratch ginger carrot soup, followed by juicy chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta served over cilantro lime couscous. Served with asparagus or assorted veggies.

-Smokin' Hot Ribs-

Rack of ribs grilled to perfection, glazed with Caribbean BBQ sauce served with seasoned sautéed vegetables and a baked sweet potato.

-Stir It Up-

Local pumpkin and lentil soup followed by Marinated steak kabobs and a fluffy bed ofquinoa topped with bok choy, broccoli, snow peas, bell peppers, kale, and zucchini.

-Caprese Chicken-

Finely seasoned chicken breast topped with mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes. Lightly dressed with a basil pesto and served over a bed of crispy spinach. Served with an Italian rice salad.

DESSERT

-The Sweet Tooth-

Blended prunes, dates and cashews create a thick chewy crust filled with a dark chocolate filling and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 

-Cherry Cheesecake-

A slice of rich cheesecake placed in a cookie crumb crust smothered with a light cherry sauce.

-Key Lime Pie-

An island original, and local favorite. Served in a freshly baked graham cracker crust.

-Chocolate Fountain Fondue-

A variety of local fresh fruits served with a sweet warm melted chocolate for dipping.

-Crispy Wonton & Yogurt-

Yogurt and fresh fruit sandwiched between crispy layers of warm and buttery wontons. Drizzled with chocolate and honey. 

Standard Ships Bar

Soft drinks, sodas, water, beers & well drinks are available all day for your enjoyment .
Spirits include: Smirnoff and Stoli Vodka, Gordons Gin, Jack Daniels Bourbon, Souza Tequila, 
Cruzan Rum, and an assortment of liqueurs.


Red & White Wines are served with dinner. 
Beers include: Bud & Bud Lite, Coors Lite, Corona, Miller Lite, Caribe and Presidente/Presidente lite.

Please remember to let your broker know your preferred brand. If you require premium wines or spirits not included in the above please let us know and we will be happy to put them on board for you but at additional cost to the charter.
