Breakfast:


Every morning is started off with a fresh fruit tray. Juices, coffee, and tea are provided.


Apple cinnamon Pancakes with your choice bacon, or sausage


Italian sausage frittata with toast


Eggs your way with bacon, sausage, and toast.

 

Bagels with cream cheese (locks upon request)


Yogurt fruit parfait with fresh baked muffins, bagels, or toast


Smoked sausage with home fried patatos sautéed in garlic and onion.

 

Build your own omelets with fresh fruit

 

Breakfast Burrito with salsa

 

 

Lunch:

Spinach Salad: Hard boiled eggs, Bacon, strawberries, almond slivers, topped with a warm bacon honey mustard dressing made fresh.

Cobb Salad: Lettuce, tomato, avocado,cucumber,bacon,chicken, hard boiled eggs, crumbled blue cheese, and blue cheese dressing.

Enchiladas: Chicken, beef, or pork. Served with fried plantains

Chicken salad lettuce wraps with watermelon, and feta skewers

Sesame ginger steak wraps with cucumber salad

Turkey croissant sandwich with hand made sweat potato chips

Mahi Fish Tacos with a pasta-less Italian salad, toped with a home made Italian dressing

Grilled Chicken skewers severed over caribbean coconut jasmine rice


Marinated Beef Tenderloin with roasted rosemary red potato’s, and prosciutto wrapped asparagus, with a sour cream dill sauce


Seared Ahi Tuna served over ginger jasmine rice, with broccoli


Pork Tenderloin fajitas served in a peach sauce, black beans, and rice


Grilled Mahi with roasted sweet potato’s, and sautéed yellow squash


Zucchini Lasagna with garlic bread (available gluten free, or vegetarian upon request)


Garlic Lime Salmon served over couscous, with sautéed zucchini


Roasted Duck with risotto, and roasted butternut squash
