Lunch (served with appropriate side salads or garnishes) Crab, Seafood or Asparagus/Mushroom Quiche Chicken, Beef or Vegetarian Roti Pastrami on fresh French bread with a beer/mustard sauce
Dinner Cuban Chicken baked in citrus juice, curried black beans with plantains & orange slices, herb rice. Shrimp and a medley of vegetables stirred over linguine with a fresh, natural, white wine sauce Mahi-Mahi with a natural lemon/butter sauce topped with capers, oven roasted red potatoes with garlic and rosemary, and broccoli.
