The Cuisine

Sailing apart, on Callistó we aim to spoil you gastronomically as well!

Both simple and elaborate dishes are prepared

with the same degree of expertise, experience and excellence

by our award-winning chef.

Top-notch ingredients such as fresh herbs, exotic spices, fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and seafood in particular are transformed into terrific dishes! Chef Yiannis prefers to cook with seasonal, local and renowned produce and delicacies sourced from the various stops on Callisto’s itinerary around the Aegean Islands. The result is a deliciously healthy and thoroughly genuine cuisine. For wine lovers, we can make provisions for stellar Greek wines that can be enjoyed as aperitif, main course or dessert wines.

Traditional Greek salad with tomato, cucumber, onion, capers, olives and feta cheese

Fresh mushrooms à la Grecque

Potato salad with tomatoes, peppers and spring onions

Rack of lamb seasoned with thyme and garlic and served with rice, raisins and pine nuts

Medallions of veal filled with walnuts and raisins served with a wine sauce from Samos
