Watermelon basket of tropical fruit and warmed homemade banana nut muffins. Raspberry French toast with vanilla custard sauce. Omelet with your choice of filling served with crispy bacon. Served with cereals, yoghurts, toast, local jams, fresh tropical fruit juices, coffee & teas
Lunch - Take a break from adventure Locally inspired Caribbean Chicken Salad served with fresh baguettes and local hot sauces Burgers in Paradise, a variety of mini burgers with all the trimmings Deli Platter, cold cuts fresh from the deli, served with an island palm tree salad and fresh breads West Indian chicken roti wrap (boneless chicken & potatoes cooked in curry spices, wrapped in a roti shell) served with local mango chutney and fresh greens Steak fajitas, grilled steak strips, guacamole, sour cream, salsa and salad BVI smoked tuna served with a spinach and mushroom salad, feta & bacon bits and fresh breads
