Captain David Lawrence
Captain David Lawrence grew up in Lancaster, Va . Lancaster is a small community on the Rappahannock River, a tributary of the Chesapeake. He spent the majority of his childhood navigating the Chesapeake and the northeast with his father and grandfather delivering boats.
After college David worked for his family for two years then moved to Florida to begin his career in yachting. For the last six years he has worked in the Caribbean, Bahamas, Northeast U.S., Mexico, and West Coast.
As a younger Captain he brings a youthful energy to the charter experience. He enjoys working hard with his crew to ensure that his guests have an unforgettable experience. He believes that it’s not really work, if you love what you do.

Chief Stewardess Kelly Maxey
Chief Stewardess Kelly Maxey was raised along the west coast and spent many years in Northwest Washington along the Puget Sound. Looking for warmer weather she moved to Savannah, GA where she eventually found the yachting industry. For the last two and a half years she has been busy creating relaxing vacations for her guests.
Kelly has enjoyed a season in the Caribbean, spent some time in the New England area, and was excited to head through the Panama Canal on her way to Acapulco. She has spent the majority of her time in the Bahamas and considers it her home away from home. She has experienced many things in the islands and looks forward to pointing her guests toward that spa they dream of, or the best place to search for shells.
Kelly looks forward to making your stay aboard as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and hopes you won’t hesitate to ask for whatever you may want. From her decorative table settings to her upbeat attitude she is sure to make your stay memorable.

Chef Kelly Tadlock
Chef Kelly Tadlock graduated from Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Orlando, FL. Love for food and the artistry of presentation led Kelly to his chosen profession as chef. Since graduating he has able worked alongside some of the world’s premier chefs in several venues. Kelly worked early on as Sous chef at Johnny V’s, Fish, and Jackson’s Steakhouse in Ft. Lauderdale. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at Caffe Blu, a Mediterranean-style restaurant. A veteran of the South Florida culinary scene, Kelly now looks forward to taking his Floribbean style cuisine worldwide. With his culinary emphasis on seafood and fish, chef Eric is sure to visually delight and is ready to please any and all palates.

Mate Alex Kirsch
Mate Alex Kirsch hales from Marshfield, Massachusetts on the beautiful North River. This is where he discovered his passion for boating. At the early age of seventeen Alex started his career as a deckhand aboard a whale watching vessel that also gave whale watching tours along the East Coast of Massachusetts and Maine. He enjoys sharing his historical knowledge of the lighthouses we will encounter during our summer charter season in new England. Alex is diverse and enjoys a variety of water sports including fishing for striped bass, tubing and wakeboarding. Charterers can anticipate an interactive guide with Alex and sleeping well at night after a full day
