Neil Rock
Neil is from the North West of England. He started 'messing about on boats' at a very early age, sailing and fishing in the Irish Sea on his family's classic yacht.
He currently holds a MCA. Master 200gt. Ocean Unlimited CoC. Neil honed his seamanship skill working on commercial fishing trawlers in waters around the UK, attaining skills that have served him well in the contemporary yachting industry.

Although schooled and worked as a quantity surveyor in the construction industry he has never been far from the water. During the off season Neil teaches all aspects of seamanship at a local college. He is quite athletic, has completed 13 marathons, climbs frozen waterfalls, raced motorcycles at an expert level, plays squash, soccer, rugby and most water sports.

Neil has sailed throughout the Caribbean and has a proven track record skippering successful charter yachts. His enthusiasm for the sea is contagious as he guarantee his guests a vacation experience they will never forget.

Karen L. Rock
Karen is from Toronto Canada. He professional back ground is in the medical field, but her first love is cooking and the sea. She has sailed with Neil for the past 25 years.

Karen honed her galley skills at the culinary campus of Mohawk College, Canada. She been personally mentored by some of the top North American chefs.

When not in the galley Karen loves cycling, hiking, snowboarding, soccer, wakeboarding and all other water sports.
