He also holds Certificates in Life Saving & Firefighting, First Aid & Medical Care at Sea, Advanced Fire Fighting, and GMDSS. He has over 18 years of service at sea onboard many charter yachts and has been onboard M/Y Irene’s for the past 4 years. Captain Christos speaks very good English. ENGINEER – Thanasis Efthimiou
Thanasis holds an Engineer Class B’ diploma from the Merchant Marine Academy. He has served as an Engineer onboard RoRo/Passenger/Tanker Ships for 7 years and on Charter Yachts for the past 5 years. Thanasis speaks English. He is 41 years old and single.
CHEF – Vasilis Vasiliadis
Vasilis holds a Certificate in Culinary Arts, as well as certificates in Kitchen Management, Nutrition, Sanitation and Hygiene. He has over 16 years of experience as a Chef onboard many charter yachts and in the best five star restaurants in Greece and has been onboard M/Y Irene’s for the past 4 years. Vasilis specializes in Creative Culinary Arts, including classic and modern Greek cuisine, plus, Italian, French and Turkish. He speaks very good English and is 43 years old.
STEWARDESS – Anastasia Kosmidou
Anastasia has over 9 years of experience on Private and Charter yachts and has been on board M/Y Irene’s for the past 2 years. She holds Certificates in Life Saving, Fire Fighting, and First Aid. She loves children, spear fishing and reading. She speaks good English and is 33 years old.
DECKHAND – Rolly Talania
Rolly has worked as a seaman and messman on Bulk Carrier for several years. He has also worked as a Deckhand for 5 years onboard Private and Charter Yachts and has been onboard M/Y Irene’s for the past 4 years. He holds all STCW 95 certificates.
