Captain Bill Iler is US Coast Guard-licensed, and has over 20 years of sailing & boating experience, including racing J24’s, cruising in their J/37, and chartering in the Caribbean. His 1st Mate, and "Admiral of the Fleet", Connie has over 15 years of racing and cruising experience, and she oversees the first class onboard hospitality on "Windrush". Both Connie and Bill enjoy sharing their love of the water and beautiful venues on the Chesapeake Bay, Intracoastal Waterway and the Florida Keys. They look forward to sharing great fall weeks on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) and winter cruises in the Keys with their guests.
