Ivan was born in Dubrovnik and grew up in Croatia. He is from family with long maritime tradition and he like sea and sailing. After education at nautical school he starts sailing on Merchant Navy. Sailed worldwide on various merchant ships like Ch.Officer. Ivan entered Yachting Industry by his brother who is Captain on yachts. He worked on Private and Charter yachts like 1st off. And Captain.
Charter yachts: m/y RAMPAGER, m/y BACINO, and m/y MONALIZA
He likes to read, watching movies, strongly involved in small boat building and restoration, woodworking.
First Mate - Adam Walaszczyk
The sea has been my life since I was a little boy. You will always feel very safe with me as I have been a lifeguard from the age of 16. Swimming he is like a fish. Now at age of 25 I have sailed half way round the world, and hope to see other half before I am 30.
Fishing and sea toys are on board our yacht ¡§MonaLiza ¡§and I would be glad to help with anyone these. I love keep fit in spare time you can meet me in nearest place with snow and ski or sail racing on his own sailing yacht.
If any guest would like help with swimming I am the one to help.

C. Engineer - Shane Pearson
Shane was born in Auckland and grew up in New Zeeland. After education he left New
Zeeland for UK, and continue his education in Aeronautical, Electrical/Electronic, and Marine Engineering. Shane entered the Yachting Industry while backpacking around the World. He has experience on various yachts. The free flights still keep him interested. As a Kiwi he is obviously a huge All Blacks fan. His greatest sporting affair however continues with Liverpool Football Club. He enjoys working in teams that encourage both teaching and learning whenever possible. He has been married to a fantastic woman Samantha (Ch.stew.), for the past nine years. Sam has the patience of a saint. Very fortunate really as he also loves short term trading during bear markets.
Chef ¡V Terry Miller
¡§Hell¡¦s Kitchen¡¨ winner Terry Miller came to fame on national television winning this reality show with his signature dishes King Prawn ¡§Rockafella¡¨ which is now his own brand name. He joined the yachting industry to see the cuisine offered around the world. He is a loveable giant in the in the galley and will always make you feel welcome.
In his spare time he loves to push weights in the gym and would be glad to help any guest in our gym aboard ¡§MonaLiza¡¨. His highlight was interview he had with Sir David Frost.
His wife and two sons are also in the yacht industry. His deserts will put a smile on your face.
Chief Stewardess- Samantha Haskins
Sam was born in Zimbabwe and grew up in South Africa. After school she left South Africa for England and has never looked back. Sam met her husband Shane while in England who introduced her to the yachting industry 7 years ago. She has worked on various yachts in both the Med and the Caribbean. Sam enjoys running, diving (Padi Open Water) and loves to read!
Stewardess - Kate Radford
Born and raised in Wellington, New Zealand, Kate has been in the industry since April 2007. Her first position was as Head Bartender on the famous 100 metre luxury yacht, M/Y ¡¥Christina O¡¦. Kate has a background of 9 years strong hospitality and service experience, is a qualified dance teacher (7 years) and has degrees in Psychology, Linguistics and Management. Kate has worked in many high-end cocktail bars and restaurants in London, Australia and New Zealand and can make delicious coffee as well as any cocktail you may desire! Kate has been working on the M/Y Mona Liza since June 2009 and in her spare time likes to go to the gym, study nutrition, learn languages, read, shop and sunbatheƒº.
