Captain Fred Shaver
Fred takes genuine pleasure in welcoming guests on board Trilogy and customizing each cruise according to their personal interests and requests.
He holds a 200-ton US Coast Guard license and has more than a decade of experience as a professional captain. Prior to joining Trilogy, Fred worked for a family of prominent yacht owners whose private fleet included as many as six vessels ranging from a 58-foot sport fisherman to a 172-foot mega-yacht. He and other crew rotated among the yachts, depending on the family’s requirements, giving him the unusual opportunity to become proficient in the operation of a wide variety of vessels.
Familiar with the waters of Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean, Fred is always pleased to share his favorite spots with Trilogy’s guests. In addition to his qualifications as captain, he is an outgoing host who genuinely enjoys meeting guests and looking after their needs and special requests. Fred is also a qualified PADI open-water diver.
Mate/Steward Chris Anderson:
Having worked on an impressive variety of motor yachts as mate and/or engineer, Chris is a master of every skill required to keep a yacht running smoothly and looking beautiful at all times. Naturally warm and helpful, he is always pleased to see that guests get the most out of their time aboard Trilogy, whether they prefer to relax as he brings them cool drinks on the aft deck, or want to fill every hour with activities on and off the water. A PADI advanced open-water diver, he loves all water sports and is happy to help guests enjoy all of the water toys on board. Chris also holds a 100-ton captain’s license.
Chef Laura DeRonde Free Lance Chef
Laura has owned her own catering business and worked as a chef in fine restaurants and a private estate as well as on many high-profile motor yachts. Her culinary style combines this solid experience with a natural creativity, resulting in delicious and imaginative dishes that are always tailored to guests’ personal preferences and requests.
Certified in personal training, aerobic conditioning, Pilates, and yoga, Laura is always mindful of healthy cuisine, and particularly enjoys creating delectable dishes that are also good for you.
4th Crew memeber is chossen based on client needs. If people want to Dive - Owner will provide a Master Diver as 4th crew memeber. |
