Captain Charly Zahr, Chef, Owner & Open Water Diver, developed his experience on the Atlantic Coasts of Argentina and the Caribbean over several years. While studying electrical Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires, he realized the magnificence and joy of life on board, alternating studies with his career as musician and singer. This makes Charly in demand at social events or wherever you want to have a moment of joy and unforgettable fun. With a spirit of adventure, the BVI licensed Captain decided to turn his dream into reality , sailing through the most beautiful Caribbean landscapes, sharing his spirit with those who want to enjoy life...His engineering skills and applied technical abilities combined with his excellent seamanship, grant you comfort and safety.

Mientras cursaba sus estudios de "Ingeniería Electrónica" en Universidad de Buenos Aires, Charly descubría la immensidad y el deleite de la vida a bordo alternando los estudios con su carrera de Músico y Cantante (siendo siempre el atractivo de todo evento social, en donde se quisiera pasar momentos de alegría y diversíon involidables). Con su espíritu de aventura y su grado de Capitán decidió materializar su sueño de dar el merjor servicio a bordo, navegando por los más bellos paisajes del Caribe, compartiendo su espíritu con aquellos que sepan y quieran disfrutar de la vida...

Brian Baines, First Mate, Watersports instructor.
First mate Brian is a new addition to the Crystal Clear crew. He has degree in International Relations with an additional major in Spanish. Brian loves to travel which led him to live in Spain and Ecuador where he studied the language. With many years experience as a camp counselor and trip director, certified lifeguard and all around sports enthusiasts he will fill the role of First Mate perfectly on Crystal Clear. Having grown up in the Great Lakes State (Michigan) he has spent much time sailing and on the water as well as enjoying nature and exploring the wilderness. Brian has a great sense of adventure and enjoys exploring new places and getting to know new people. You will find him energetic, fun-loving and hard working. Brian is looking forward to helping his guests enjoy their experience aboard Crystal Clear as much as he does. Brian brings highly trained and varied range experience in happy Hour cocktails to the yacht.

es la nueva incorporacion como tripulante del “Crystal Clear”. Curso estudios de Relaciones Internacionales con una especializacion adicional en el Espanol. Brian ama viajar y por eso ha vivido en Espana y Ecuador, donde perfecciono el idioma. Con muchos anos de experiencia como consejero y director de campamentos de verano, guardavidas certificado y amante de todos los deportes, el ocupara la posicion de First Mate perfectamente a bordo del Crystal Clear. Brian crecio en Michigan, gozando de sus multiples lagos . Ha pasado mucho tiempo navegando y disfrutando de la naturaleza y explorando las tierras salvajes en su estado natural. Brian tiene un gran sentido de aventura y goza de explorar nuevos lugares y su gente. Lo encontraran energetico, divertido y muy trabajador. Brian esta muy entusiasmado en ayudar a sus huespedes a disfrutar de la experiencia a bordo del Crystal Clear haciendo de su estadia una experiencia inigualable.
Carolina Soaje - Pastry Chef and Charter Coordinator:
Carolina studied Public Relations as well as Hotel and Restaurant Management. With her Captain's license, she joined Charly on Crystal Clear to organize and supervise the entire service on board, making your stay an unparalleled experience.
Carolina’s new role as a mother to crew member Valentin, will have her moving to a shore side position. She will be working behind the scenes with Crystal Clear to make sure all aspects run smoothly and effortlessly. And of course, her delightful pastry creations will be replicated on board Crystal Clear so that they can still be enjoyed by all
Carolina Rodríguez Soaje - Delicattesen's Chef & Coordinadora de Charter- Open Water Diver. Cursó estudios universitarios de "Relaciones Públicas", "Protocolo y Ceremonial Empresario" y "Administración Hotelera y Gastronómica". Con su licencia de Captitán, se unió al Crystal Clear para organizar y supervisar todo el servicio de a bordo.
