Jack and Cheryl Gilbert
Captain Jack and Mate Cheryl Gilbert have been entertaining for over 15 years on the waters of Puget Sound and San Jaun Islands with there 34 foot motor yacht, fishing/crabbing and chartering is what they did best. Jack has his 100 ton USCG Masters License and Cheryl and Jack both have their STCW USCG rating and are ready to take on any adventure. Here for a good time, not a long time is what they live by. Jack spent 4 years in Alaska in the Bearing Sea as Chief Engineer and Mate for Kodiak Fisheries in Bristle Bay, fishing Hearing and Salmon in the Nushak River. From Alaska Jack moved to Hawaii and tried his hand with an out-rigger strapped to a hollowed out tree and on some really big waves, Alaska waters weren't so bad after all. After taking a month off to bring Reality Check I from the West Coast of Florida to St Thomas, it was time to share her with the charter world. The Caribbean waters suite me (Captain Jack) much better and offer some of the warmest and clearest waters in the world for a safe and relaxing charter. His goal is to fulfill his guest dreams and help them to relax.

Cheryl has worked for several Fortune 500 companies while going to college to get her Pharmacy License. Raising four children while working as a pharmacists assistance showed her there must be a healthier way to live and maybe the Virgin Islands is where God meant for us all to be. Leaving her children and four grand children back home now wants to share a little peace and comfort in the paradise they both have found here in the Virgin Islands, aboard their Reality Check I. Being a great deck hand and boat handler and full of hospitality, she wait's for her chance again to make her guests feel at home and leave with some fabulous memories. There are no hurry up to wait in lines to get off this ship, you won't want to leave "Reality Check I".

Nina Jeanne White
Nina is from South Africa, British nationality with permanent residents card and moved here to St Thomas about 10 years ago. Enjoying people and the Caribbean when ever she can as a freelance Chef. Nina has been responsible for the smooth running of a 94 Motor Yacht. Worked for a very highprofile professional and his family, freind and clients. Some of the guest included the likes of former Russian President Mr. Mikhail Gorbachev, Dame Elizabeth Taylor and Oscar de la Renta. The yacht spent 6 - 8 months of the year in the Caribbean, based in St Thomas and the remainder of the year in the Dominican Republic, in Casa De Campo. She created weekly menus according to specific requirements, provisioned food, ordered flowers and selected wines. Having to leave after the Yacht was sold, she has been freelance catering and has worked as a freelance chef on a very busy charter boat, My Fair Lady, with 8 guest and 4 crew members. Before that she did 8 months on a private yacht Capella as a chef whenever required. In 2006 she took a 3 month training as a florist to further enhance her skills. Down sizing in number of charter guest and crew, the menu and the quality of food will stay the same.
