| Stop reading about it and book your trip! Doug and Barb treat you like family and know the islands like locals. Chateau is an excellent catamaran, stable and spacious. Doug is a fantastic captain, taking you to all the hot spots you've read about or a few quiet hide aways. Barb is full of energy, ready for Mocko Jumbies, swimming and kayaking or a night of games and karaoke. Or set a course for quiet, with sun-filled day sails and a good book. You name it, you got it. In my many trips on Chateau I've snorkeled the caves at Norman Island, contributed my fair share of wet cash at the Soggy Dollar and have lost more games of Zilch than I care to mention. Breakfast never tasted so good. The breezes really do caress. And Chateau is just that, a floating country house with the most amazing backyard you'll ever experience! - Karen Straney and Pete |

| Prettiest Overnight Spots - February 26 to March 5, 2011 |
| We went on The Chateau on 2 different occasions with another couple . We all agreed it was the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. Barb and Doug know all the great snorkeling spots and the prettiest overnight spots, as well as the good places on land for food/entertainment. They work within your schedule as you like to do things. The food was fantastic. We hope to get another trip with them next year. | When you first step on Chateau it is truly a magical Holiday Experience. Doug and Barb are truly the best hosts you could ever hope for. My wife and I and our friends have chartered on "Chateau" a total of three times and look forward to our return again during this upcoming season. Having been owners of our own travel agency for 26 years, you can rest assurred that we are seasoned travellers. | Looking forward to Second Charter - December 2010 |
| We had the pleasure of chartering the Chateau for our first trip in December 2010, and what an incredible time we had. Not only did we have the most amazing Captain (Dougie Doug) and first mate Barb, but they truly know the area and the best places to take us to for snorkeling and touring the various islands in the BVI's. The boat is beautiful and the food was more than exceptional and they met all of our groups tasting pleasures and beverages of choice! We were so relaxed the entire trip and there was not one moment that we were not fulfilled with our expectations. Doug and Barb are true professionals and offer comfort, safety and great hosts! We are looking forward to our second charter on the Chateau with Doug and Barb again this December (2011) and seeing new territory in the SVI's! | It was truly an amazing trip. We'd sail with you anywhere. I loved every minute - the winds (strong), the waves (high) and the water (chilly.)! Food was fantastic. | Funny, Gregarious Hosts - February 2010 |
| We are in awesome land. The boat was spacious and beautiful. You both are funny, gregarious hosts. The food was delicious. Pirate beer was a hit and the "Painkillers" lived up to the name. Too bad you can't bottle this and sell it to those of us who can't - "live the dream". We especially liked playing "Zilch". You were fabulous with the kids - they loved playing Sudoku with Barb - Ben's going to make me time him from now on - watch out he's going to be a champ! and Liz loved your caring attention. Jeff and I got to have relaxing moments to ourselves - what a treat! The meals were delicious and your company was a pleasure. | Letter sent to Broker re Captain only April 16 – April 21, 2009 |
We had a wonderful trip on CHATEAU. Doug, the captain, was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. He provisioned our food choices that I had sent via email and helped us learn how to use everything in the kitchen as well as proper use of the heads. He was extremely warm to the kids and made great suggestions as to our itinerary of sailing. The six of us had no problem with the spaciousness of CHATEAU and loved swimming off the boat. We ate out on two occasions, both for dinner, and Doug was a pleasant addition to our dinner. As a added extra, Doug offered to make pancakes and bacon for us for breakfast one day. We hope to go on another trip in the future. Thank you for your help. -

| I do not want to leave - April 7 - 13 2009 |
I had so much fun and I don’t want to leave. But, I have no choice. I’ll miss playing Mexican Dominoes with Mrs. Barb and Mr. Doug’s wonderful cooking (you too Mrs. Barb). You guys have made this vacation the best trip of my life and I am definitely aiming to come back and stay with the Chateau hosts again. | We were not disappointed - February 14 - 23, 2009 |
Thank you for another great cruise. We all looked forward to it so much (particularly Tia!!, and we were not disappointed. It was great to get to St. Croix, even though the sailing was pretty challenging. Your hospitality is outstanding – food and drinks are great and you have been brilliant at keeping Tia entertained. Each new bay and harbor has had something new and interesting – we particularly enjoyed the quiet anchorages on St. Johns. Looking forward to next time – Love

| I have only good things to say about them. They are great people who are very accomadating and fun to spend time with. Their meals were very good and plenty. There was never a dull moment with Barb. They gave us a very relaxed trip and the Chateau is a beautiful boat. If you are looking for more excitment they will be willing to find that for you also. Thank you for a wonderful week! It was truly a trip of a lifetime and one we will always remember! Yours meals were WONDERFUL! Your friendship was so warm. Your patience with the girls was incredible. We can’t wait to come back. We saw so much, Virgin Gorda, Marina Cay – pirate show, Maho Bay, Lovely Sandy Spit, White Bay and the Soggy Dollar Bar, Norman Island, Saba Rock & the Bitter End. We got to mee4t Foxy and hang up our decorated panties. We saw awesome fish. We had a pet barracuda at the Bight. We ate Lobster & visited the Willy T. Thanks for watching and playing with the girls.
