Shrimp Scampi w/ Jumbo Tiger shrimp, lemon, white wine, and garlic served over Linquini and a fresh baby green salad w/ lemon raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Island Caribbean Jerked Ribs marinated to perfection in Bermuda Goslings Rum and served with sweet corn and homemade fresh coleslaw

Duck Breasts marinated in brandy and fresh ginger, grilled and  served w/ Japanese peapods and garlic mashed potatoes

Swordfish w/ white wine, lemon and shallots served w/ baby red potatoes and fresh field green salad

Pork Tenderloin marinated w/ a secret rub and seared in pear brandy reduction served w/ vegetable and saffron rice

Cornish Game Hens roasted to perfection in thyme, wine and lemon. Served w/ delectable Apricot glaze and wild rice and sauteed fresh vegetable

T Bone Steaks Thick Cut grilled to perfection by Capt. Jack on Pride\'s onboard Grill. Baked potatoes and baby green salad make this a favorite

Fresh Catch of the Islands, Mahi-Mahi, Grouper, or Snapper prepared French Caribbean style served w/ scalloped potatoes and baby zucchini

Standing Rack of Lamb braised in reduction of rosemary, garlic and cognac. Served w/ garlic mashed and fresh asparagus

Giant Sea Scallpos served w/ white wine, lemon, shallots, capers, and a spicy citron side sauce w/ stuffed potato and green beans

Brie and Scallion Omlettes, bacon, and whole wheat toast

French Toast w/ sage sausage and fresh Caribbean fruits

Scrambled eggs w/ Turkey Bacon, Bagels and hash browns

Captain\'s famous Mini Pancakes, maine maple syrup, and thick sliced bacon

Eggs Benedict w/ thick cut Ham, hollandaise sauce and fresh fruit

French breakfast Crepes served with raspberries, and syrup

Yacht Pride Lunch

Grilled flatbread Pizza w/ sundried tomato, portabella mushrooms served w/ fresh arrugula salad

BLT\'s served w/ thick cut bacon, lettuce, tomato. served along with homemade coleslaw and crispy chips

Turkey Wraps with thick sliced Turkey Breast, lettuce, tomato, and field greens. Tortilla chips and mango salza.

Salad Platter, with fresh lettuce, thick slices coto salami, chunks of parmesean and asiago cheeses, red onion, olives, and zesty balsamic and olive oil dressing. Served w/ crusty french baquette.

Grilled cheeseburgers in paradise with all the fixings, fresh lettuce, thick tomato slices and oniion. Sun chips and dip

Corned Beef and Swiss on Rye, crispy pickles and coleslaw

Grilled thick sliced Ham and Cheese, pickles and chips

Mango Gaspacho chilled soup w/ traditional chicken caesar salad and crusty baguet!
