Catbird is a modern, 82 foot, catamaran available for charter from Maine to Trinidad. Whether your interest is passage making to distant ports or day sailing, the speed and comfort of Catbird, under her 2700 square foot spinnaker or twin 130 hp deisel engines,when necessary, will add to the pleasure of your experience at sea.
Our charter terms allow you to determine all details of the course of the voyage that could include visits to remote coves that would not gnerally be accessible to smaller, slower sailing yachts, or resort ports bustling with night life.
Six double cabins with heads and showers, an enormous interior saloon and al fresco dining cockpit seats 16 for dining and entertaining. A 15 foot, 60 hp Zodiac dinghy adds easy access to dive locations and water skiing excitement to the charer experience. Windsurfer, ocean kayak and snorkeling gear are all on board.
Catbird's deck layout, with high bulwarks, is comfortable for small children. Charterers can enjoy deck volleyball on the large trampolines!
Such amenities as 50 gallon per hour water making, large refirigeration capacaity, 220 v. and 110 v. electrical service adds more than convenience to our charterers' experience . It is our Declaration of Indpendence" that has enable us to explore the 17th century wrecks off "Madness Reef" in Haiti and Trindad to Maine are within reach for our charterers. |
