Sailing to the Farside of Paradise

Thanks for a great. no better than great vacation.  It was our first sailing experience and what a time!  We will carry with us memories of blue waters, wonderful sunsets, the feel of the sun on our face and the wind in our hair.  But best of all, we will always remember our Captain and crew, you were great.  Thanks for showing us how too relax and reflect, thanks for the great food and making us laugh.

Captain, you were right.  It may be a warm summer afternoon, a cool spring morning, or a crisp fall evening when we will be bathed in our memories of sailing to the farside of paradise.  Thanks....

Summer in the Caribbean
We feel as though we did everything we had hoped to do and more.....! The boat was very nice and all linens and bedding were of high quality. We were pleasantly surprised about nightly a/c in our cabin.

The crew was attentive and really stuck to our preferences when it came to our favorite foods. This was a great experience and we would definately consider chartering again.

Cuisine On Board:

Ken Ayers brings the South to the Seas. A fusion cooking of traditional southern dishes, like biscuits and gravy and turnip greens, pork and pineapple that will convert a hardened skeptic. What you won't find is equally if not more important, that is breaded (AKA masked) food or heavy carbs. He is 'Chef Emeril of the Sea'

Each recipe is a winner not because Ken thinks you might like it, but because he tests each recipe upon many willing subjects while landlocked before it is imported to the Caribbean. Ken's culinary skills are only surpassed by his mariner skills. Count yourself lucky to be a guest on board a vessel twice blessed.

Captain Ken Ayers:

Have you ever wondered what a modern day pirate would look like? Best guess is a:

1) A person whose livelihood derives from the sea.

2) A person whose love of the sea combines with rule one.

3) A person whose treasure chest is the chest within which his or her heart beats

In Ken Ayers you find such a modern day pirate, whose only theft will be your heart as you fall in love with Caribbean paradise.

” I truly can't remember a more relaxing or fun vacation. I just wish we had made a week long trip instead. Captain Ken and Susan are the best. I really feel we are great friends with them now. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone. Tamara will be hard to catch for a while but I will see her Saturday in Chicago. They are having a reception there. As for my wife and I, it could not have been a better time. Thanks again for all your help.
Tony Cain”
