“As I said, you guys rock! You not only rescued my charter, you were wonderful with my charter clients!
In case you don’t remember every detail and for the benefit of the readers, I found out on Thursday morning that the charter, to start on Friday at noon, was being canceled because of mechanical failure of the yacht we had chartered. Luckily for me you were in Red Hook and after talking to you on the phone I did literally chase you down the street to see if you could offer a rescue. And in less than 12 hours notice you did indeed make this charter a reality.
Mr --- called me the minute he returned to work after the charter to tell me what a wonderful job you both did and how much his family enjoyed the charter.
He praised your professionalism, seamanship, and competence Ernie. He also said that you handled a few problematic situations very calmly and with ease. Ann Marie, you received rave reviews for your time spent with the children, teaching them how to snorkel. Your food presentation and the quality of the meals were also praised and was perfect for this family!
As for me, I cannot say thank you enough! You were a pleasure to work with especially under such trying conditions. You handled my hysteria so well, I knew that you would be great with the charter guests! It is my pleasure to highly recommend you to other brokers as well as my own charter clients. I look forward to working with you frequently under “normal” charter conditions, if there is such a thing!”

“ Last week some Boy Scouts from Inverness Illinois cruised with Captain Ernie and Chef Anne Marie for the best cruise ever! As a father with one of these boys, I wanted to write you a special thank you. The crew was fantastic combining professional and love of diving with teaching and caring for this younger group.
It is truly remarkable to see a crew flexible enough to change from a diving crew to a Teaching Team, but due to Ernie’s old fashioned leadership and “street smarts” experience they all did it and with a smile. If a boy was hesitant Ernie did not push them into something they did not want, but exposed them to the NEW adventure and made everything FUN and exciting. Ernie knew everything about diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, and boating (including safety) and he was always willing to teach the boys and dads. Ernie and his crew constantly adapted to the ever changing situation that the boys of various levels of expertise threw at them. No amount of money could repay him or the crew for this great experience…The crew made the trip…”

We had great 5 days on board this beautiful and very comfortable yacht.
We had very good wind, challenging sea, and wonderful weather which resulted in a fantastic sailing experience.
The attached photo summarises it all!!!
