He is assisted by Naomi, also a licensed captain, with years of experience on the water. Born in Miami, Biscayne Bay and the Keys have been her backyard and playground all her life. An avid snorkeler and sailor as well as a chef and bartender, Charmer's guests are guaranteed to have a great time aboard.
