Philip King - Captain
Captain Philip King is from New Zealand. He started in the automotive industry and after selling his business and an early retirement chose a career at sea. He already had an extensive marine and tourist background and so decided to combine them. Philip has fished commercially, sailed extensively in the South Pacific including visits to Pitcairn Island (made legendary by Captain Bligh and the Bounty mutineers), the North Eastern seaboard, the Bahamas and the Caribbean Islands. He loves being with people which is shown through his energy, laughter and welcoming nature. Philip constantly exceeds guest’s expectations and has a commitment for each guest to have the most amazing time while onboard.
Bridget Simpkin - Stewardess
Bridget was born in New Zealand and has spent many years traveling to various parts of the world. During this time she was involved in law, sales, the hospitality industry, and newspapers. She met and married Philip, left her corporate job, went to sea with him and has never looked back. Bridget enjoys making guests feel special, pampered and relaxed. This together with her attention to detail and outgoing personality ensures every guest experiences the perfect vacation.

Bruno Lei - Mate
Communication is one of Bruno’s skills proven by the fact he has mastered seven different languages. Born in Switzerland he is comfortable in the mountains although his real passion lies below sea level. Bruno is an accomplished dive instructor having guided close to 5000 people on their first and subsequent dives. He has also trained over 200 guest’s right through to certification. With Miracle being fully equipped for scuba and snorkeling you too can take advantage of his expertise. Bruno has worked in exotic dive locations such as Belize, Cuba, Egypt, Australia, Thailand, Dominican Republic and for many years in the Caribbean. He is the person onboard who facilitates all the fun activities for you during your stay aboard. Jet skiing, tubing/waterskiing/wakeboarding, kayaking, fishing, trips to deserted beaches and tender rides ashore for shopping to name just a few.
Engineer
Tony Wheeler "Wheels"
Tony, Philip, Bridget and Emily first worked together over two years ago and it is great to be back as a team. Tony and Philip have a bigger history stemming back to working together on Lake Taupo, New Zealand which they both call home. A boat builder by trade Tony is also an accomplished sailor competing in many coastal races and regattas. Having spent over ten years in tourism throughout New Zealand and all of Europe, Tony quickly connects with guests to ensure you enjoy your time on Miracle. Proficient in all water sport activities Tony is also a trained Engineer; he is the guy who guarantees the smooth running of Miracle and all her systems are operational for your time aboard.
