CAPTAIN – Panagiotis Kammenos
Panagiotis is 47 years old and holds a B Class Captain’s Diploma awarded from the Greek Merchant Marine Academy. He is fluent in English and conversant in Norwegian. He has a total of 26 years of service at sea. From 1979 to 1985 he worked as an Officer on cargo vessels at Thenamaris Maritime and from 1985 to 1988 on cargo vessels in Norway. From 1988 to 1991 he served as Captain on M/YRomantika. The following year he worked as an Officer on the cargo vessel Ikarian Moon and until the year 2000 he worked as Captain on M/Y Captain George, M/Y Big Blue , M/Y Astakos M/Y Aegean Challenge ,M/Y Golden Flame and M/Y Paris Al. His long experience in the Mediterranean, Aegean and Ionian Sea is a valuable asset. Captain Panagiotis is married and has one child.
ENGINEER – Christos Papanikolaou
Christos has several years of experience in the Greek Merchant Marine as well as two years of experience on board private yachts. Christos is the key man who will make sure that all of the machinery runs smoothly. He is 35 years old and married and has one child.
CHEF – Yiannis Karageorgiou
Yiannis holds a distinguished Chef’s Diploma from the Commercial Institute of Tourism and has attended several seminars. He has extensive knowledge in Greek nad International cousin and was employed as a chef in 5 Star Greek Hotels and restaurants. He speaks fluent English and conversational French. Yiannis is 35 years old and single.
STEWARD – Thanasis Psaros
Thanassis has 10 years of experience as a steward. He served onboard various professional vessels and has attended several seminars. He is in charge of service and accommodation. He speaks Greek, English. Thanasis is very efficient and will always be there to accommodate every need and requirement. He is 37 years old and single.
ASSISTANT STEWARDESS – Κalliopi Pontikakou
Kalliopi is 30 years old and was born in Athens, Greece. She was employed as a stewardess in various professional yachts and speaks English fluently. Kalliopi enjoys sea and she is a very polite person.
SAILOR - Dimitris Manitaras
Dimitris has worked onboard various private and charter yachts for the past 27 years. He began working at a very young age as a sailor on board traditional Greek “Kaikia” which were built on the island of his origin, Spetses. Dimitris is 55 years old and is married and father of two children.
