Born near Montreal, Canada Nicole was trained in the culinary arts and graphic arts in Quebec. Owner of successful photographic retail and photographic arts businesses, she sold everything to cruise aboard her own yacht throughout Eastern Canada and down the East Coast to the Bahamas. Settling in South Florida, she owned and operated a renowned restaurant in Pompano Beach for many years, then entered the marine industry as partner of a yacht brokerage firm in North Miami, before eventually returning to the sea as a Chef and Chief Stewardess on private and charter yachts.
