Pascal worked as a sport shop manager for 3 years before deciding to crew on sailing boats such as the 80’ Umatalu, the 75’ Serenité and the Swan 651 See Flo. During his 5 years training, he sailed in the Mediterranean, in the West Indies, in Brazil and took part in several Atlantic crossings. He is now perfectly at home in the charter world on board large sailing yachts.
He also monitored the building of a 75’ sailing boat, ‘Kermor’ and stepped on board as Captain for a round the world cruise which took him on all the seas and oceans of the world between 1993 and 2002.
Since then, he has navigated on various boats like the Swan 72’ Elysion Blue, the 130’ Globana M and the motor yachts Pegasus, the 82’ Falcon and Sirius of Man, a Predateur 100 before embarking on Grand Bleu Vintage in February 2007.
Outside his seamanship and technical skills, Pascal is a water and snow skier, he plays golf, and enjoys natural history, astronomy and taking photographs.
Quiet and cheerful, Pascal is an attentive and welcoming host, his extensive experience puts him in an ideal position to deal with any situation.

COOK Guillaume Litou, 30 yrs. French, speaks English (left on the photo)
Qualifications: BTS Chef, hotelier
Guillaume worked for 5 years in various top class restaurants as cook/chef and reception manager before embarking on charter sailing yachts, specifically XTC (CNB 76’) in 99, DJANGO TOO (Sy 84’) in the Mediterranean during the 2004 and 2005 and on private yachts like FRIDAY STAR (Sy 145’) for 9 months in 2006. His speciality are deserts (1st regional and 3rd national prizes in 96) but he is also very much in tune with the trend towards light and quality dishes, Guillaume can satisfy the most demanding gastronomes.

HOSTESS Sabrina Leseur, 27 yrs old. French. Speaks English and German.
Qualifications: Professional baccalauréat in hotel management, service and marketing.
Since 2002, Sabrina has worked in partnership with her fiancé Guillaume Litou as chef and hostess, on land at the Cristal **** hotel restaurant in Courchevel and Le Lac *** in Talloires as well as at sea on board DJANGO TOO and FRIDAY STAR. Bright and cheerful, this wine connoisseur will greet all the guests and look after them with warmth and respect.

DECKHAND Gil Davidts, 28 ans. French, speaks English.
Qualification: Professional baccalauréat in boat maintenance, sailing and fly surf instructor
Seaman STCW95
Gil has had a passion for the sea all his life, also for water sports and meteorology. After several seasons working as sailing and Fly Surf instructor, Gil worked on various boats (the 19m Leopard, 25m Astondoa, BISON, a 26m sailing yacht) from 2003 to 2006. Since March 2007, he is an efficient and pleasant addition to the crew of Grand Bleu Vintage
