Michael Gooding
Qualified Master up to 3000 GRT. During his time on the Keri Lee Michael and the crew have been focused on team work to ensure the level of service and the professional nature of the vessel is maintained and the experience of that their guests receive exceed expectations.
Prior to Keri Lee, Michael was employed by Hayman Island as the Marine Manager for 2 years. Hayman Island is a 5 star resort on the barrier reef and is a member of “The Leading Hotels of the World”. The combination of 3 Super yachts and the 5 star facility has furthered his skills. Michael has also been the CEO of the Queensland Marine Academy and senior lecturer at the Australian Maritime College. During this term of 5 years he ensured the Masters of Superyachts had the qualifications and skills necessary to be Captains of Superyachts around the world.
Other maritime experience aboard vessels has been with River Connections in Australia, Bilikiki Cruises in the Solomon Islands, and Mike Ball Dive Expeditions in Australia. Having been in the marine hospitality industry since 1980 he has been able to provide the level of service that our guests expect and you can be confident in promoting. Hospitality and the sea is his passion and he wants other people to enjoy it as much as he does.

Chief Engineer - Australian
Steven Hall.
Qualified in engineering. For 8 years Steven has serviced the Superyacht fleet around the Great Barrier Reef and has now joined the team to ensure the vessel meets the expectations of her guests. Steven has a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade and worked as Diesel Fitter and Workshop Supervisor for the Superyachts of Australia.

Scott McDonald trained under famed chef Rick
Stephenson in the cosmopolitan city of Brisbane
Australia where he received his Commercial Cookery Certificate 3. He has expanded his knowledge through additional professional ettiquette courses with Bernadette Egan. Scott's food has been featured in the
publication "My Vue" by chef Shannon Bennet.

Glenn Smith
Qualified Master up to 500 GRT. As master of vessels for 8 years Glenn had been based in the Whitsunday region of Queensland, Australia, working as a contract captain to large commercial sailing and motor yacht companies. His experience with 5 star vessels has given him the skills as second in charge to look after your needs.

Olivia Win
STCW95 qualified. Olivia has the skills as Chief Stewardess gained from experience as Sole Stewardess on vessels such as the private motor yacht Mylin IV in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, the charter yacht M/Y Virginia Mia, and private motor yacht White Rose. During this time onboard she has gained the confidence of the crew and guests to ensure your needs are exceeded and not left wanting.

Marie Abela
Qualified from butler school. Marie has gained the skills around the world to enable the guests onboard to have a special and memorable experience. These skills have been gained as Chief Steward on vessels such as MV Seafaris, MY Ophelia, MY Kokomo II, and MY It’s My Way.

Mercedes Casper also has roots in Australia and the Phillipines. Known as "Casper the friendly ghost" she is a hard working, behind the scenes team member. She is very happy to be a part of the team and a pleasure to be around.
Deckhand - Australian
Glenn Jones – Australian
Glenn has worked around the world as a deck officer. He has gained valuable skills on vessels such as M/Y Mylin IV, M/Y Cheetah Moon, M/Y Hallelujah, and M/Y Double Up.
