Experience
1989 – 1991 Working for GME System AB as a pre-production and test technician dealing with electronic motor drive and servo systems.
1991 – 1992 Working aboard the Swedish Barquentine Amorina as deckhand. One season of charter work in the Mediterranean followed by an extensive refit in Italy.
1992 – 1994. Deckhand aboard Ibis Terzo , a 22m ketch doing family cruising and diving throughout the Mediterranean.
1994 – 1995 Skipper aboard Chaplin a 55 foot Sangermani wooden sloop doing inshore racing and cruising in the Mediterranean.
1995 – 1996 Skipper aboard Ibis Terzo , cruising in the Mediterranean.
1996 –1997 First mate aboard Mr Gecko, an 83 foot Wally Yacht. After an extensive refit the boat was chartering in the Mediterranean and in the Caribbean.
1997 – 1998 First mate aboard Fazer Blue Magic, a Swan 65 ketch participating in the Expo ’98 Around the World Rally organised by World Cruising. I joined the boat in St Lucia and completed my circumnavigation in Lisbon. This boat was in racing class and took 1st place overall.
1998 – 2000 Skipper aboard Futuro. A Swan 651 participating in the Millennium Odyssey Around the World Rally. The boat was chartering for the entire trip which started in London and after passing Antarctica and the Cape of Good Hope, finished in London again.
2000 - 2001 Skipper on the 3 masted schooner Malcolm Miller. This ship is undergoing a complete refit at present in England.
April 2001 Yard supervision during construction period of "HEAVEN CAN WAIT", 72 ft. performance sloop
Since September 2001 Captain on "HEAVEN CAN WAIT".
