Your dining experience on Insatiable is carefully planned with you in mind. We cater to your specific needs and do our best to accommodate any food preferences that you may have, using the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. The following menus are samples, that can be fine tuned to whatever you desire.

Breakfast will be served at your leisurely pace, from traditional American, featuring Eggs Benedict, Made-to-order Omelets, traditional French Toast and Pancakes with sausage and bacon, to a Continental buffet of imported cheese and meats, smoked salmon with fresh bagels and croissant, a variety of yogurt and granola, homemade muffins or cinnamon buns, and an array of fresh fruits.

For Lunch...  

  • Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with a zesty remoulade sauce atop mixed greens 
  • Asian Shrimp and Cabbage Salad with Coconut Jasmine Rice
  • Fire Roasted Red Pepper Bisque alongside a Grilled brie on ciabatta
  • Sirloin burgers with blue cheese on a homemade sesame bun with tomato and arugula, and red bliss potato salad
  • Blackened Mahi wraps with creamy cilantro coleslaw and seasonal vegetable pasta salad
  • Spiced Chicken Kabobs with Couscous, cucumber salad and fresh Hummus
  • Fresh Lobster Salad in lettuce cups with chunks of pineapple and mango

For Dinner...

  • Grilled Filet Mignon with Lobster Tail, whipped potatoes, and a Merlot mushroom glace
  • Pineapple Glazed Salmon atop Wild Rice and a medley of Roasted Vegetables
  • Grilled sushi grade Yellowfin Tuna encrusted with black cracked pepper with mustard sauce, and Ginger scented rice with Snap Peas  
  • Herb Roasted Cornish Hens with Sausage, Apple and Fennel Stuffing, and Fingerling Potatoes  
  • New Zealand Rack of Lamb grilled and cut in \'chops\' with wild Mushroom Risotto  
  • Fresh Local Catch, paired with a seasonal squash medley and parsley smashed potatoes 

Desserts...
Coconut Rum Cake with pecans, Decadent Cheesecake with cherry compote, Fresh pineapple upside-down cake,  Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes, Brandied poached pears with dulce leche ice cream, Vanilla bean Creme Brulee with fresh raspberries, Berry and Peach Cobbler a la Mode
