NORTHERN SONG is a very family friendly boat with plenty of room for three generations to spread out and enjoy the journey. The huge pilot house can seat 9 for whale spotting and back seat driving.
Southeast Alaska is a great cruising ground because hundreds of small islands shelter the inside waters from the ocean swell and allow myriad calm anchorages. At over 150 tons, NORTHERN SONG doesn’t move around much in response to normal seas. She is also equipped with active stabilizers, large fins which counteract whatever roll the waves induce when cruising.
