Theresa Manwaring (Chief Stewardess):
Theresa was born and raised on a farm in Kansas. She loved being active outdoors. She spent her childhood riding horses, fishing, and many weekends boating and waterskiing at the small lake nearby. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and spent the next 15 years in the retail world, living in the Midwest. Working 11 years with the same company, she moved her way up to District Manager. Her love of the water and ocean was always calling her to visit the coast or the Caribbean. When a position came open to move to Florida, Theresa jumped at the opportunity. Yachting captured her attention as a way to combine her love of the water with the excitement of seeing new places. She has always loved meeting and working with people from all walks of life. Theresa spent almost 3 years on her first boat, traveling through Mexico, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. She is looking forward to providing you with a memorable and fun experience. In her spare time she enjoys staying fit, reading, watersports, hiking, movies, and of course shopping.

Karen followed up her teaching by going back to school in Brisbane, Australia for a Masters of Outdoor Education with an additional internship to get her Scuba Instructor License. But the lure of the ocean was too much and soon after completing university and heading back to the States she found herself working for a scuba charter company in the Bahamas. After working as deckhand, dive instructor, engineer, first mate and finally captain, Karen spent 4 ½ years learning boat systems while still having the chance to teach others about the ocean she loves. Karen still enjoys leading snorkels or hikes, exploring the beautiful islands and coastal areas.

Although primarily an artist, she has been a kindergarten teacher, an elementary art teacher, a web designer, an online marketer, and an educational therapist. She loves children and animals and has a large black Labrador named Finn who she tries to see as often as possible. Renee enjoys making people laugh, being around the ocean, dancing, and reading a good book in her spare time.
Nicholas McInnis (Deckhand/2nd Engineer):
Nick was born on Prince Edward Island, Canada. The rural fishing community where he was raised is where he developed a love for the ocean, fishing lobster and tuna in the Gulf of St. Lawrence with his father. Nick has a keen interest in engineering along with a strong background in IT, and recently completed his AEC at Maritime
Professional Training.
