"Runabout lunches" are served while guests are fishing or exploring aboard the 34' sport boats RIGHT PLACE & RIGHT TIME. Guests may also have lunch aboard ADVANTAGE.


DAY ONE
Runabout lunch: Prawn & tortellini salad, build-your-own-sandwich buffet, home-made walnut-chocolate chip cookies
Afternoon Hors d’ Oeuvres
Dinner: Grilled fresh-caught salmon with lemon butter, wild rice pilaf, roasted asparagus Dessert: Decadent chocolate cake

DAY TWO
Breakfast: Banana pancakes with Alaskan maple syrup, breakfast sausage, fresh fruit
Runabout lunch: Classic clam chowder, build-your-own-sandwich buffet, home-made lemon bars
Afternoon Hors d’ Oeuvres
Dinner: Baked fresh-caught Halibut with garlic butter, roasted red potatoes, sautéed summer vegetables
