Pancakes with maple syrup, butter and seasonal fruits-

Stuffed French toast with maple syrup, butter and sausage.

Mini Bacon and eggs pastries with cheddar cheese

Continental breakfast: Fruits and muffins, cinnamon rolls, yogurt and toast, served with preserves and fruit juices.

LUNCH

Deli platter consisting of cold cuts, cheeses, and assorted fresh fruits

Coconut shrimp with apricot dip and fruit salsa

Thai wraps, with slices of fresh tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Mediterranean goat cheese crumble
