Captain Robert G. Rilling
With more than 25 years experience on the water, Captain Rilling has an extensive cruising background in the Caribbean, Bahamas, Florida, Eastern and Western Seaboards as well as Mexico where he keeps up his bilingual skills of English and Spanish. He has a broad background in the culinary arts and even owned a New York City restaurant. Having current tenure of 8 years with FIRST HOME, Captain Rilling also had the opportunity to orchestrate its recent multi million dollar refit.
First Mate Ricardo Mendiola
As First Mate Ricardo Mendiola has spent 8 years serving guests aboard FIRST HOME and cruising more than the Eastern and Western seaboards including Mexico with Captain Rilling. He is PADI certified diver and is also bilingual in English and Spanish. His extensive experience allows him to accommodate all charter guests with ease and efficiency.
Deckhand Andrew Gilstrap
Serving as deckhand and certified as a Red Cross Fire Responder as well as CPR and AED trained, Andrew Gilstrap is a master of watersports aboard FIRST HOME and ensures the enjoyment of all guests aboard, including young children.
Stewardess Patricia Inastroza
Having traveled extensively throughout North and South America, Europe, the Orient and Cuba, Patricia Inastroza brings her stories of travel as well as her training in service and domestic skills to guests. She has served with Captain Rilling aboard FIRST HOME for more than 4 years and is bilingual in English and Spanish as well.
Chef Marianna “Mimi” Weston
Mimi has served as a chef on private luxury yachts for several years and began her culinary and hospitality career catering for high-profile executives in 1994. With the experience she gained in the catering industry she began her freelance career and was contracted to start and manage a new restaurant in Santa Barbara. Working on yachts from the East Coast to Mexico and up into the Northwest, Mimi enjoys her travels and always enjoys creating superb menus for her clients and friends.
