CHARLY ZAHR . Captain- Chef, Owner & Open Water Diver.
Charly developed his experience on the Atlantic Coasts of Argentina and the Caribbean over several years. While studying electrical Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires, he realized the magnificence and joy of life on board, alternating studies with his career as musician and singer. This makes Charly in demand at social events or wherever you want to have a moment of joy and unforgettable fun. With a spirit of adventure, the BVI licensed Captain decided to turn his dream into reality , sailing through the most beautiful Caribbean landscapes, sharing his spirit with those who want to enjoy life...His engineering skills and applied technical abilities combined with his excellent seamanship, grant you comfort and safety.

Mientras cursaba sus estudios de "Ingeniería Electrónica" en Universidad de Buenos Aires, Charly descubría la immensidad y el deleite de la vida a bordo alternando los estudios con su carrera de Músico y Cantante (siendo siempre el atractivo de todo evento social, en donde se quisiera pasar momentos de alegría y diversíon involidables). Con su espíritu de aventura y su grado de Capitán decidió materializar su sueño de dar el merjor servicio a bordo, navegando por los más bellos paisajes del Caribe, compartiendo su espíritu con aquellos que sepan y quieran disfrutar de la vida...
Gini Keig (First Mate /Hostess/Water sports guide)
First Mate, Gini is the new addition to the Crystal Clear crew.
She has studied for Trinity Guildhall School of Music and Drama examinations , achieving awards for acting, flute and singing, to a very high standard and is the perfect entertainment partner to Captain Charly to provide fabulous memories singing and playing instruments under the moonlight.
Gini is from the Isle of Man in the UK, and her passion for sailing comes from her father and uncle, who completed a single handed transatlantic crossing in 1980. So she was introduced to sailing at a very young age, and it has always been a regular occurrence in her life as she comes from a small island, whether on a speedy rib or cruising gently around the rugged coasts of the Island on an extravagant sailing yacht.
She also loves extreme sports and has been fortunate to travel with her family worldwide, sometimes having to use her Spanish lessons!
She got her RYA Competent Crew in Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands; this course reinstated her confidence as a crew member. She has completed other courses in the Isle of Wight, a very popular sailing spot in the UK.
Gini has a great sense of adventure and enjoys exploring new places and getting to know new people.
You will find her energetic, diligent, willing to help and hard working.
Gini is looking forward to helping her guests enjoy their experience aboard Crystal Clear as much as she does!
Gini Keig ( First Mate/Hostess/Guia de deportes acuaticos)
Gini como First Mate es la novedad en la tripulacion del Crystal Clear.
Estudió música en la EscuelaTrinity Guildhall de música y drama con un adicional en flauta y canto.
Gini proviene de la Isla de Man en el Reino Unido y su pasión por la vela provienen de su padre y tío que también completó un transatlántico cruce en 1980. Por lo que ella se introdujo en la vela en una temprana edad .
A ella también le encantan los deportes extremos y ha sido afortunada de viajar con su familia en todo el mundo, y a veces teniendo que utilizar sus lecciones de español!
Obtuvo su certificado RYA, como tripulación competente , en Mallorca, en las Islas Baleares, y curso otros en Isle of White, in the UK.
Gini tiene un gran sentido de aventura y disfruta explorando nuevas lugares y conocer gente nueva
La van a encontrar enérgica, predispuesta siempre para ayudar en todo y lista para trabajar duro!
Gini está deseando ayudar a sus huéspedes a disfrutar la vida de a bordo en el Crystal Clear asi como ella lo hace!
CAROLINA SOAJE- Pastry Chef and Charter Coordinator.
Carolina studied Public Relations as well as Hotel and Restaurant Management. With her Captain's license, she joined Charly on Crystal Clear to organize and supervise the entire service on board, making your stay an unparalleled experience.
Carolina’s new role as a mother to crew member Valentin, will have her moving to a shore side position. She will be working behind the scenes with Crystal Clear to make sure all aspects run smoothly and effortlessly. And of course, her delightful pastry creations will be replicated on board Crystal Clear so that they can still be enjoyed by all.
Carolina Rodríguez Soaje - Delicattesen's Chef & Coordinadora de Charter- Open Water Diver. Cursó estudios universitarios de "Relaciones Públicas", "Protocolo y Ceremonial Empresario" y "Administración Hotelera y Gastronómica". Con su licencia de Captitán, se unió al Crystal Clear para organizar y supervisar todo el servicio de a bordo.
El Nuevo papel de Carolina va a estar como madre del pequeno Tripulante “Valentin”, continuando con su tarea desde tierra firme. Va a estar trabajando detrás de la escena para asegurar que todos los aspectos del charter funcionen exitosamente. Por supuesto, sus esxquisitas creaciones de reposteria van a estar presentes abordo del Crystal Clear para que todos puedan seguir degustandolos como siempre.
