April 2008 | | | | | There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our week on Amaryllis was! It was the perfect vacation. Bruce and Laura compliment each other so well. They have an innate sense of what each other needs when sailing - it was fun to watch them in action. The communication is just there. They are very knowledgeable about sailing and about the area. Laura\'s cooking is beyond measure. We so looked forward to each meal - the flavors are so enjoyable to the palate and meals are well thought out and nicely presented - and, again, with Bruce as waitstaff, they make quite a team. They are always so cheerful and let you decide how you want to spend the day - keeping the weather in mind of course. We loved our experiences snorkeling, kayaking and hiking. They were also wonderful with our daughters - spending time sharing their bits of knowledge with them and including them in discussions. After returning home to New England, I realized what was so special about the week. Bruce and Laura take care of you - you are really on vacation. It was a very relaxing and memorable experience that we look forward to sharing in again!
