Hearty appetites are the norm aboard Singawing. Guests are welcome to snack throughout the day and night as if you were at home. The following is just a peek at the myriad of dishes we have up our sleeves. All meals are prepared, when possible, with the freshest, organic and local ingredients, along with whatever good fortunes the sea has provided. Please let us know of any special desires or dietary requirements.
BREAKFASTS are served with organic whole bean coffees, teas, juices, fresh fruit, toast, local jams and jellies. Granola and yogurt are always available.

- CORDERO CHANNEL FISH TACOS PREPARED WITH LOCALLY CAUGHT COD, served with refried black beans and green chilies with a zesty white sauce.
- DUNGENESS HAVARTI CRAB MELTS BAKED ON CRUNCHY SOURDOUGH, served with our signature homemade Caesar salad.
- GRILLED FILET MIGNON , VINEGAR BACON RICE OR BAKED POTATO, served with all of the fix'ns and a house salad.

Dinners can sometimes be prepared ashore on our Schwanker (German swinging barbecue) under the stars, or if you are lucky, beneath the northern lights. |
